Officers say they found an Eastern Kentucky man who burglarized a church earlier this month.
A Bell County constable arrested Clifford York.
Officials say York burglarized the Potter Town Church in Arjay.
Constable Larry Mills says he caught York in the act.
He says he was driving by the church and saw York trying to break in.
York is in the Bell County Detention Center on a ten thousand dollar cash bond.
