The pair accused of kidnapping and killing a well known Bell County man--- say they are guilty.

Lora Amburgey and Joshua Parsons plead guilty in Bell County Circuit Court.

Police say the two kidnapped, killed, then tossed Paul Slusher off a bridge into the Cumberland river in January 2009.

Both Amburgey and Parsons got 20 years for robbery and five years for tampering with evidence.

Amburgey was convicted with complicity.

Both are facing life without the possibility of parole.

"I want the community to know that this case is resolved in a way the defendants will never be able to harm anyone again. They will be in prison for the rest of their lives," said Commonwealth's attorney, Karen Greene Blondell.

Both will be sentenced July second.

The Slusher family was in the courtroom, but they did not want to comment.
