Appalachian Regional Healthcare and Coventry Health Care officials will be back in a Lexington federal courtroom next Tuesday June 12th at 9am.
ARH officials tell us that negotiations have stalled once again with Coventry and that the hearing on Tuesday will be about whether the managed care organization can maintain a legally viable support network without ARH.
The two companies agreed to maintain status quo on their current contract until June 30th.
If an agreement is not reached by then, state officials have announced they will allow patients covered by Coventry be allowed to enroll in another program.
