PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - Police arrested a Bell County man on charges he exposed himself and abused a young girl.

65 year old Bradley Asher of Pineville is charged with indecent exposure and sex abuse.

The judge set his bond at one million dollars cash.

Sheriff's deputies say he exposed himself to a seven year old girl last month and then abused her this month.

“The mother is extremely upset. Understandably so, but we're doing everything we can to help her and assist her. I can't imagine being in that situation myself,” Bell County Sheriff’s Deputy Shane Stewart said.

Investigators say Asher is an acquaintance of the girl's mother and she reported the allegations.

Asher pleaded not guilty to the charges.
