PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Bell County stabbing suspect who did not show up for sentencing earlier this month was in court Friday.
26-year-old Kevin Wilburn Partin pleaded guilty to an assault charge last year.
He was supposed to be sentenced two weeks ago, but did not show up for court.
He was found and arrested last week.
Friday, the judge sentenced Partin to ten years.
Pineville Police say he stabbed his girlfriend's father, Larry Barlow, last July.
