Bell County officials say the director of the Bell-Whitley Community Action Agency is now on unpaid administrative leave.
Peggy Capps was placed on paid leave in early July for a personnel matter.
Bell County Judge-Executive Albey Brock says the council held a meeting and changed it to "unpaid."
Brock say the council issued a continuance on other decisions at the request of Capps' attorney.
No date is set yet for the next meeting.
