Connecticut man is charged custodial interference & unlawful transaction with a minor

PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A man charged with taking a Bell County teen across state lines to Connecticut will be brought back to Kentucky.

Officials in New Britain, Connecticut said extradition was approved for David Hernandez.

He is charged with custodial interference and unlawful transaction with a minor and is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
