Constable and his wife will be sentenced in December

PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - A Bell County Constable and his wife are set to be sentenced next month.

In August Jesse and Juanita Hall pleaded guilty to 23 total charges related to stealing money intended for charity.

Police say the money raised at the couple's Bell County Bingo Parlor went to their pocketbook instead of charity.

The couple was expected to be sentenced Thursday, however, it was delayed.
