East Tennessee man is accused of hiding cameras in Bell County bathrooms

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WYMT) - An east Tennessee man is accused of placing hidden cameras in Bell County bathrooms.

Middlesboro Police say 49-year-old Randall Rogers was arrested on Monday on several charges of promoting a minor in sexual performance.

Police say that Rogers had been placing hidden cameras in multiple bathrooms in the Middlesboro area since December 2011.
