BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A Bell County man who pleaded guilty in connection with a murder case will spend seven years in prison.
A judge sentenced Jeremiah Evans on Monday afternoon.
He was one of four people charged in connection with the death of 91-year-old William Taylor in 2008.
Court officials say Evans took a plea deal for facilitation to commit murder in exchange for his testimony against the other three defendants.
Officials say the seven year sentence also includes a persistent felony offender charge.
