MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WYMT) - A Middlesboro man has been indicted on a first-degree assault charge.
The Middlesboro Daily News reports 37-year-old Christopher Lawson was involved in a car accident last year.
Lawson was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs when he crashed his car.
The indictment says Bobby Baker later died as a result of his injuries.
