A Middlesboro police officer is facing charges following a weekend arrest on driving under the influence.
Our media partner WRIL Radio reports officer Robert Churchwell III was booked into the Bell County detention center by officers about two Saturday morning.
He was released a few hours later.
No other details are being released at this time.
