A MIddlesboro police officer is suspended after he was arrested!
Officials say Robert Churchwell III is charged with DUI.
The police chief says another Middlesboro police officer made the arrest at two o'clock Saturday morning.
Churchwell was released from jail on his own recognizance.
The chief suspended him today but says he cannot release any other details at this time.
