PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - Sentencing is re-scheduled again for a Bell County Constable and his wife who pleaded guilty to stealing money intended for charity.
Jesse and Juanita Hall were supposed to be sentenced Monday, but the sentencing was postponed.
Officials say Jesse Hall is still sick.
Sentencing is now scheduled for February 15th.
Bell County officials say Hall has not resigned as constable.
