A South Carolina fugitive is caught in Bell County.
State police say 35-year old Jason Bradley Hughes was pulled over on US 25E just outside Pineville.
Police say Hughes was wanted for escaping from jail in South Carolina and on stalking charges in Georgia.
Police say he was in a stolen vehicle.
