PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - There is a growing problem with cats in the city of Pineville.
The Middlesboro Daily News reports that a city council member says you can drive through the city and see 15 to 20 cats.
Those cats lead to complaints about property damage.
Officials say there is no ordinance to handle stray cats,however, there is one for stray dogs.
