The trial of a Bell County constable and his wife, accused of stealing money from a charity is postponed.
Jesse James Hall and his wife Juanita Hall ran a bingo parlor in Middlesboro.
Police say the funds raised were not going to charities, but for the couple's personal use.
The trial is rescheduled for August 7th.
