MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WYMT) - Two people accused of running an illegal Middlesboro gambling operation will not go on trial.
Harold Wayne Woodward and Dallas Shackelford both accepted plea deals in Bell County District Court.
They agreed to forfeit all money and machines. In return, felony gambling charges were put on diversion.
Woodward and Shackelford were arrested when police raided the Cumberland Market in Middlesboro in January and found several gambling machines with cash inside.
