A Bell County grand jury has indicted two people accused of kidnapping a child.
Back in May we told you about Linda Graster of Middlesboro and Jerry Oliver of Detroit, Michigan.
They were arrested after they allegedly went to a home and forced a 13 year old boy into their vehicle.
People at the home who called police say the two were involved in a dispute involving stolen property and they believed the child had some information about it.
