Two people are behind bars and accused of kidnapping a child in Bell County.
Police say Linda Graster of Middlesboro and Jerry Oliver of Detroit Michigan were arrested after they allegedly went to a home and forced a 13 year old boy into their vehicle.
Residents at the home called police say the two were involved in a dispute over stolen property, and they believed the child had some information about it.
