A two-year old Bell County child is run over and killed at a home in Middlesboro.
Police say family members had gathered at the home due to the funeral of a relative.
The child, apparently, ran into the path of a vehicle as it was backing up.
The child was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
