MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WYMT) - We have an update on an illegal gambling machine raid we told you about earlier this week.
On Wednesday night, state police arrested the three owners of the Cumberland Market in Middlesboro.
36 year old Joseph Akers, 42 year old Harold Wayne Woodward and 79 year old Dallas Shackelford, all of Middlesboro, are charged with promoting gambling.
On Monday, police seized several gambling machines and cash at the store.
