MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - A Clay County man accused of robbing a Middlesboro bank earlier this year has been indicted.
Prosecutors say in June, 30-year-old Gregory Jackson gave the teller at First State Financial Bank a note saying he had a gun and wanted money.
Police say he took the money and left in a blue Ford pick-up.
Officials found him an hour later on 25E headed towards Pineville.
He faces first-degree robbery and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license.
