MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - A Clay County man faces charges of disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly taking pictures of middle school cheerleaders at a football game.

The Manchester Enterprise reports police arrested Samuel Mathis Wednesday after they allegedly found more than 200 photos of cheerleaders and other girls from the waist down on his cell phone.

Officials say Mathis told them he had a child playing in the game, but police say that was not true.

Mathis was banned from Clay County school property.
