CLAY Co., Ky. (WYMT) - The helicopter crash has shaken folks in the small town of Manchester.

The owner of Collins Game Room says they were regulars.

This was their usual table where employees say they ordered burger and fries, but today these chairs remain empty and a community mourns.

Betty Sizemore is an emergency nurse and says they were like her extended family.

She says they loved their jobs and were committed to taking care of others.

"I know Lee loved what he did. I know that he had started flying again, but I know that flying made him happy and that taking care of people made him happy. I know that he loved his family very much and I know he's deeply missed," said Sizemore.

On Tuesday Judge Executive Joe Asher says he saw Herman “Lee” Dobbs while having lunch.

Today, he says he is in shock.

"When I first looked at it I said is that all there is? This is just a tragedy," said Asher.

They have experienced tragedies before says Asher.

Right now all the community can do is pray for their families.
