MANCHESTER, Ky.(WYMT)- A new sentencing date is set for a former Clay County doctor who says he did produce child pornography.
Last year Kishore Jadhav entered a guilty plea. He pleaded to count two of a federal indictment which says he knowingly enticed or coerced a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing explicit pictures.
As part of the plea deal, Jadhav must forfeit some assets and become a registered sex offender. He will be sentenced on April 25th.
