LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - A former Clay County doctor now says he did produce child pornography.
Kishore Jadhav entered a guilty plea last week.
He pleaded to count two of a federal indictment which alleged he knowingly enticed or coerced a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing explicit pictures.
As part of the plea deal, Jadhav must forfeit some assets and become a registered sex offender.
He is set to he sentenced on February 6th, 2013.
