Funeral arrangements are set for a city worker killed on the job in Clay County.
51-year-old Victor Gilbert died Friday when a hillside collapsed on him while he was fixing a leaky water main in Manchester.
Gilbert's visitation is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at Britton Funeral Home that will be followed by his funeral at two, also at the funeral home.
