MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - A man will not go to jail for the 2011 shooting of Bobby Hibbard.
The Manchester Enterprise reports last week a Clay County jury found Cloyd Hibbard not guilty of shooting Bobby Hibbard.
Prosecutors said Cloyd Hibbard allegedly shot and injured Bobby Hibbard with a 22 caliber rifle after a property dispute at a home on Otter Creek Road in the southern part of the county last year.
