A Clay County murder case is moving through court.
Joshua Morsch and Kathy Stewart both pleaded not guilty for the December murder of Earl Woods.
Police say they believe it started out as a robbery that went wrong and ended with Woods being allegedly beaten and stabbed to death inside his home.
Prosecutors told us they will seek the death penalty in the case.
