The public pool in Manchester will not be opening this year.
The Manchester Mayor says the pool, which was built in 1980, has not been updated since.
Inspectors say it needs new filtering and gutters.
They city received $75,000 in coal severance money for the upgrades, but they found some leaks which will cost the city even more money to fix.
The mayor hopes to re-open the pool next year.
