One Clay County man was shot in the arm in what police say is a self-defense case.
It happened in the Red Bird community off Highway 66 just after midnight.
Clay County Sheriff Kevin Johnson says Chris Mills is claiming self-defense in shooting Matt Sizemore in the arm.
Sizemore was flown to UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
No arrests have been made.
Sheriff Johnson says the case will be presented to a grand jury.
