Abell Martinez
A woman told police she was able to escape a man who she says put a gun to her head during an argument.
Danville Police later arrested the suspect, Abell Martinez, and charged him with attempted murder.
Police say 30-year-old Melissa Cagel told them she got into an argument with Martinez at a building on Walker Court.
Police say Martinez lived in a nearby apartment.
Cagel told police Martinez pulled a pistol on her during the argument. She says she heard the gun click before she was able to take off running.
