A Boyle County woman investigators say took more than $200,000 of her grandmother's money is now in custody.
We learned Friday morning police arrested Anne Rush.
A grand jury indicted Rush and her husband, Benjamin Rush, on a charge of exploiting an adult.
Investigators say the couple moved into Anne Rush's grandmother's home to take care of her, then used her money for their own use.
Investigators say the couple continued spending the money, even after the grandmother was placed in a nursing home.
