Victoria Spoonamore could spend the next 12 years in prison. She was crying when she entered a guilty plea to 1st degree robbery and 1st degree wanton endangerment in Boyle County Circuit Court this morning.
This all stems from the September robbery of the Chills Quick Mart in Danville. It was all caught on tape. Spoonamore was seen repeatedly biting the clerk while screaming I have AIDS. She was originally charged with attempted murder but that was dropped to wanton endangerment after Spoonamore tested positive to HIV but the clerk tested negative.
We'll find out April 8th if the judge will uphold the recommended sentence of 12 years or come up with something different.
