A wanted man, featured on a national TV show and captured in Kentucky, has agreed to go back to New Mexico.
Phillip Ed Harrison was in a Boyle County courtroom Wednesday morning on two charges of being a fugitive.
He waived extradition.
Danville Police arrested Harrison Monday night, after someone called them saying Harrison was featured on "America's Most Wanted" this past weekend.
Police in New Mexico say Harrison shot someone to death during a fight in a tattoo parlor.
