The arraignment for a man, scheduled to be in court Tuesday to answer to accusations he caused a crash that left a teenager critically injured, was delayed.
Sammy Hackler was supposed to answer to DUI and assault charges Tuesday morning, but his arraignment has now been moved to August.
Boyle County investigators say Hackler was operating a boat drunk on Herrington Lake when he crashed into 13-year-old Lauren Otte over the Fourth of July weekend.
