A man charged in a triple shooting is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.
Thomas Hager faces two counts of murder as well as charges of assault and evidence tampering.
Police say Hager shot and killed Mark Snyder and Ted Sparks in Boyle County in May.
A third man, Philip White, was wounded.
State police also questioned Hager in the death of his former roommate, Clint Disken.
