A man is killed in a crash on central Kentucky road.
The Fayette County Coroner's Office says 71 year old Talmadge Shewmaker died from the injuries he suffered today, in a Boyle County crash.
Investigators say he lost control of his vehicle after hitting a patch of ice and crashed into a tree.
We're told he died of blunt force trauma.
