EAST BERNSTADT, Ky. (WKYT/WYMT) A Central Kentucky man is in jail charged with attempted murder in an overnight shooting.
Police in Laurel County arrested 57-year-old William Mills of Danville early Monday.
Sunday night, officers responded to a report of shots fired on Littontown Road in East Bernstadt, where they say they found William McDougall, 31, suffering from a gunshot wound.
McDougall was flown to U.K. Hospital.
There is no word on his condition.
Mills is also charged with burglary.
