A grand jury has indicted a man who has been charged in a triple shooting.
Thomas Hager faces two counts of murder as well as an assault and evidence tampering charge.
Hager is charged with killing Mark Snyder and Ted Sparks and the attempted murder of Philip White during a shooting in Danville in May.
Kentucky State Police also questioned Hager in the death of his former roommate, Clint Disken.
Disken's body was found in a barn cellar near where he lived with Hager.
