PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - A group affiliated with Highlands Regional Medical Center is applying to acquire QuestCare Ambulance Service.
The News Express reports Consolidated Health Systems wants to purchase the ambulance service.
The filings suggest the health system seeks to take it over on January 1st of 2013.
Earlier this year, QuestCare's licenses were temporarily suspended by the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services.
