An apology from the Franklin County Humane Society after a pet dog named Copper was released into the wild.
Last month, Frankfort Police found Lori Goodlett's dog, Copper and took it to the humane society. That's where workers told police to release Copper into the woods because they thought she was a coyote. Copper still hasn't been found. Tonight, dozens of people made suggestions on improving the local humane society.
The Franklin Board of Commissioners says it will meet with citizens to make changes and improvements to the county humane society.
