A father, who pleaded guilty back in January to a charge of transporting a stolen vehicle, won't spend any more time behind bars for the crime.
The federal judge sentenced Mies Woodside to 13 months in prison Tuesday morning, but then gave the man credit for time served and released him.
Woodside sparked a statewide Amber Alert last year when he took his his grandfather's vehicle and left Frankfort with his two-year-old daughter, whom he did not have custody of.
Court officials say Woodside will be on supervised probation for three years. The first six months will be with an ankle monitor.
