The investigation continues into what forced people from their homes in Frankfort.
About a dozen homes on Northwood Road were evacuated for about 15 hours after police say they found explosive materials inside a home there.
Police first went to the home Monday night to serve an arrest warrant on Joshua Logan, 30, for not paying child support.
That is when investigators say they found more than 100 marijuana plants and explosive material, leading to the evacuations.
People were allowed to return to their homes around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Logan is now in jail. He is set to be arraigned on the charges Wednesday morning.
