Police are looking for the people who fired shots at each other while driving down the interstate.
The Kentucky State Police Frankfort Post received a complaint of shots fired and vehicles chasing each other on I-64 in Franklin County around 10:45 Thursday night.
Police say the dispute started in a parking lot off of US-127 in Franklin County. Police believe that two groups, inside two different vehicles, got into a dispute. Officers tell 27 Newsfirst that the argument led to a shooting and a high speed chase. The chase ended at exit 43 on I-64, in Shelby County.
A person in one of the vehicles was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The other vehicle left the scene.
The shooting remains under investigation by the KSP Frankfort Post.
