FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - Frankfort Police are searching for the man who used a gun to hold up a convenience store Tuesday night.

The robber hit the Circle K Market on Versailles Road just after 9:30 p.m.

After demanding cash from the clerk, officers say the robber ran in the direction of Georgetown Road.

Police describe the suspect as a white man, standing six-feet tall and weighing around 210 pounds.

He was wearing a black long sleeve compression T-shirt and long black jogging pants with a white stripe down the side.
