Sylvester Clay
A Franklin County Circuit jury convicted 63-year-old Sylvester Clay
Of Frankfort, on a charge of Sodomy in the 1st degree involving a victim less than 12-years-old.
Clay was charged with the crime in June, 2008, after an extensive investigation by the Frankfort Police Department. Clay is currently awaiting formal sentencing by Franklin County Circuit Judge Thomas Wingate.
