Names released of victims in I-64 crash

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky State Police have identified the
three people killed in a crash on Interstate 64 as family members
from New Jersey.
Police said in a statement Tuesday that 70-year-old Nicholas
Bryer, 18-year-old Dana Weber and 4-month-old Avory Weber, all of
South Brunswick, N.J., were killed Monday in the one-vehicle crash
in Franklin County. Police say Dana Weber was Bryer's daughter and
the infant's mother.
Police say Bryer was driving west on I-64 when he ran off the
roadway into the grass, then overcorrected and hit a clump of
trees. Bryer was wearing a seatbelt and the infant was in a car
seat, according to a statement from police, but Dana Weber was not
belted.
The police statement said there was no indication of drug or
alcohol use. The accident is still being investigated.
