A robbery at a convenience store turns violent after police say an employee had to dodge a bullet.

The robbery happened last Friday night at the Speedy Mart on Holmes Street in Frankfort.

Surveillance cameras caught it on tape.

Police say two men walked in, and demanded money at gunpoint.

After getting some money, police say one of the suspects fired the gun in the direction of the employee.

"It is very dangerous," Frankfort Police Major Fred Deaton said. "We consider this individual a very dangerous individual, and one that could be a threat to society."

The bullet hit a wall, and the employee wasn't hurt.

Police think the suspects got away in a vehicle parked nearby.
